Order Cancellation Policy

How to proceed with Cancellation of Order:

If, even after placing the order, you wish to cancel and revoke your order. Then you are suggested to make a cancellation request within the specified period, i.e., 24 hours. This time starts as soon as you get the email verification from us of your order. The confirmation should be made via Live chat/ Whatsapp or provided Email address. After the analysis, your amount will get back to you through the same transactional mode of payment.

In case of late request:

If you wish to cancel your order and couldn’t make the request within 24 hours, we have to deduct 35% of your paid amount. If this requesting time for cancellation exceeds 48 hours and you still wish to cancel your order, you may but with a deduction of 50% of the total amount paid.

Cases of Non-cancellation:

We suggest customers follow the specified time frame to request for cancellation of their order. Further, the cancelation request is only eligible if made before five days of delivery. After this time, 50% of your paid amount will be deducted. Additionally, cancellation can’t be made if the product is shipped to you. Furthermore, all customers have entitled to avail of the 30 days’ easy return policy if they wish.
