How to proceed with returns and exchange:

We understand our customers and hence provide a policy of returns and exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product or return it for any reason, you may contact our service team promptly. We request you to make an exchange or return request within seven business days. Exchange and returns are possible with design, size, shade, print mismatch issues, or anything similar. After the proper analysis, the exchange or return procedure will get followed.

A clear picture of the concerned product should get sent to our team within 7 business days, and within 30 days, the issue will probably get settled down. We do not entertain any exchange or return of products if the request is made after 7 business days.

When no returns and exchanges are made:

Unfortunately, there are chances of ignorance on the customers’ end where we do not offer services of exchange and returns. When the tag is removed from the attire, alterations are visible in the dress. These cases make the exchange and return not possible to happen at our end. Similarly, the customized item you have ordered with your fittings and choices can also not be exchanged and returned because it is specific to one person’s preferences.

If the product is misused and not found in its original form, it will also lead to a case of no exchange and return of products.

Exchange Policy:

We, at Vanezon, value our customers and do not take any charges if you wish to exchange your product with another. Yet you have to bear the shipping cost that would be subject to the size and weight of the item. For further details, contact our customer service team on the given modes.

Return Policy:

We provide returns, and as soon as we get your concerns regarding your product return, we start analyzing the whole procedure. The message should be communicated through Live chat, Whatsapp, or Email address sale@vanezon.com. After thorough analysis, payment will get preceded to your account respectively.

RMA:

If you have filed for a return, we will issue an RMA Return Material Authorization number that needs to be stuck on the box before it gets delivered.

Custom Duties:

Customs duties vary from region to region and country to country. We do not ask for hefty charges in the name of custom duties. Customers need to pay the defined and minimal cost of custom rules of their respected countries.

Restocking Fee

We want to bring in your kind notice that in any case of product return, the customer is reliable to bear the shipping fee and initial postage cost which we pay. We do provide free shipping, yet it is not accessible for us.
